How the planners handle entries, and where other website services may process information separately.
Tool inputs and results
The plugin processes tool entries in your browser page and does not submit or store them on a server. It does not use browser local storage for those entries. Data stays in page memory until cleared or the page is left, although browsers may independently restore form state or page history.
Photographs
The tools do not offer a photo upload or image analysis feature and do not receive or store user photos. If you send a photograph separately by email, your email provider and the recipient’s service handle it; please do not send photos through the contact channel.
Prints, downloads and shared devices
Printouts and text downloads are created only when requested and include your entries. Copies can remain on your device, printer, cloud backup or a recipient’s system. Review and delete copies as appropriate; clearing the form does not delete those files.
Ordinary website traffic
Visiting a website sends information such as an IP address, request time and browser details to the hosting provider. Hosting, security, caching, analytics and other installed software may process or retain information independently. The operator should update this notice for actual services, retention periods and applicable requirements on the deployed site.
Contact messages and other services
If you email the operator, your address and message are processed by your provider and the recipient’s service. Ask the operator about access, correction or deletion of correspondence. External sites have their own policies. This plugin does not include analytics or advertising trackers, but other components may.
